Lightweight Wheelchairs
Quick-Ship models: 4–6 business days
Custom builds: 6–10 business days (fully assembled except removable legrests)
Ultra-Lightweight Wheelchairs
Custom chairs: 2–5 weeks (depending on manufacturer).
Brands like Invacare, TiLite, and Sunrise Medical generally take ~1 week to produce and 1 week to ship.
Colours wheelchairs may take up to 5 weeks.
Lift Chairs
Shipping time: 5 business days to 4 weeks depending on fabric and options.
In-Stock fabrics leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
Custom chairs (with heat/massage or heavy-duty options) may take 3–4 weeks.
All lift chairs are shipped by freight; the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery.
Power Wheelchairs
Travel/folding chairs: ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom options: may take 1–2 weeks.
Full-size power chairs ship via freight and require scheduled delivery.
Scooters
Small travel scooters: 3–5 business days (UPS/FedEx).
Larger or custom scooters: 6–10 business days (freight).
Pride Mobility and Drive Medical scooters usually arrive within 6–10 business days.
Handcycles
Invacare: ~3–5 weeks.
Quickie: usually within 2 weeks.
Large scooters, lift chairs, full-size power wheelchairs, patient lifts, hospital beds, standing frames, and other large equipment are delivered via freight carrier.
You’ll receive a call to arrange delivery once the item arrives at your local freight terminal.
Orders under $50: add $9.95 for standard ground shipping.
Certain rural zip codes may include additional delivery fees.
We currently do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
