How can I make sure my Vive Precision heart rate scale is accurate?

First, be sure to use the scale on a hard, flat surface. Carpeted or soft flooring will produce inaccurate results. If the heart rate scale must be moved from location to location, recalibrate the scale by stepping on and then back off, allowing the scale to turn off before stepping on the second time.

Can I use this heart rate scale if I have a pacemaker?

The Vive Precision heart rate scale should not be used if you have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, metal plates, screws or a contraceptive appliance. It is also not suitable for pregnant women or small children.
